Worked on different international projects (based in California USA , Middle east and the Philippines) including residential projects ranging from ADU's to upscale
residences, apartment buildings, condominiums and commercial projects. The

Provides assistance to drafting revisions as provided using sketches and redlines

Prepares Architectural Plans under supervision of project architect. (Architectural
plans include: Site plan, Floor Plans, Roof Plan, Elevations, Sections, Door
& Window Schedule, Details & other miscellaneous plans required for the
project.)
Provides assistance in documents needed for permit.

3D Visualization of project mockups using Lumion.Post
processing of 3D Visualization using Photoshop.
2D Rendering of floor plans using Photoshop
