As a 3-year undergraduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, I have developed good verbal communication with people. I practiced managing hotel customer's reservations, inquiries and problems during our training as a student. And I also have basic knowledge in operating Opera system, specifically with hotel costumer reservation, and also with C++ program. I can use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively; I can also research ad type quite fast. As a home-based employee I will work harder in dealing with clients and will practice professionalism, attention to details and multitasking. I want a steady and long term job where I can work in the comfort of my home but still contribute immensely in building your business.
