Profile Description

I am a licensed accountant with seven (7) years of broad experience
in General Accounting, Taxation, Accounting System, Internal Control Design, Payroll, Business Plans, and other Business IT services.
As a General Accountant, I am responsible for all accounting duties, such as processing, safekeeping, and maintaining of management reports, tax returns, and records of the companies I handle. I help to plan and analyze budgets for cost, operation, and profit to ensure financial/tax forecast and meet the targeted Net Income. Likewise, I am involved in the planning design of controls, system, and processes, overseeing the project cost, monitor activities, marketing cost, and sales performance.
Also as a General Accountant, I lead the the Company in reaching the goals set by providing them reliable accounting information, worry-free tax computation, and effective cash management in order for them to generate sales volume and velocity, maximize profit and minimize spending, and achieve high quality operation. I assist the owners in conceptualizing projects, strategies, and marketing; and make sure that it materializes into a real financial structure that would translate into generated net income and satisfied customers, suppliers, employees,
and shareholders.
Main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Regularly monitors the Profit and Loss Activities, and consistently review the same to ensure quality, timely, and factual reports.
- Maximize the profitability of the operation by hitting the projected sales targets and controlling costs.
- Strategize and prepare the necessary costing and pricing to achieve the targeted Gross Profit and Net Income.
- Prepares the monthly / annual financa forecasts,budgets, and reports.
- Prepares all required tax returns. Mitigate tax implications and exposures, while ensuring tax compliance.
- Reviews and audit accounting data.
