I've been working in the call center industry for about more or less 4 years now. I've handled a financial account for students loans in the US and then hotel reservations both in North America and in the UK. I have excellent communication English skills both in verbal and written. I am proficient in MS Office applications like MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Prior to that, I've also worked in a bank for more or less two years. I was in operations. We do bookkeeping of account specifically checking accounts and signature verification.
