Profile Description

I have handled different forms of projects - from simple web sites, phone apps, print and online designs, and e-commerce sites. I have also handled clients that have businesses in Amazon, and thus enabled to to understand and learn Seller Central, and working with suppliers from the Philippines and China - both in Alibaba and direct.
I have over 10 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. My experience ranges from managing an operations of a significantly large proportions, extremely complex Service Levels, client management, business reviews, management of P&L and organizational development.
The industries I was exposed to include online retail, investment banks, telecommunication companies, and document management systems. The functions range as well from inbound customer service, outbound sales B2B, and business services - process improvement and project management.
