I have been able to familiarize myself with the different application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Paint.
I am also not new in working at night, taking in calls and answering different customer's inquiry through email or through chat.I am also very much expose to different accents since I also cater different countries and continents during my past work experience that makes my communication skills improve.
