Agent Coaching, Peer Monitoring and metrics reporting are some of the tasks i have handled through the years. Most of the time i spent was with Technical Support. I have worked with Several ticketing systems such as Remedy, Vantage, Peoplesoft and Salesforce's Desk.com.
Working with MS Office has always been part of the job. I would say i can handle Word, Excel and PowerPoint pretty decently. Outlook has been there for me too in every job.
I Have experience with Remote desktop Support using LogMeIn, Windows Remote Assistance tool and GoToAssist.
