Profile Description

I recently worked in a Hospitality Industry as a Reservation Consultant. I handled emails and phone calls, as well as dealing with the guest where most of them are multi-national. My experience gave me the confident to deal with people with different personality. Before this, I worked as an IT staff where I have practiced my knowledge in Computer Networking(LAN, WAN, CISCO switches and routers), Microsoft office, including MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, I am also familiar with googledocs. I also have the knowledge in technical troubleshooting (hardware,software,networks), and I used LogMeIn or TeamViewer application for remote access troubleshooting.
