Profile Description

I've been working as a call center agent for a good 2 years now, though I have recently resigned. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). I have worked in an Australian account which involves, inbound and outbound calls, chat support, data entry , it's mostly an all around customer support account. And have also worked as a part-time product description writer. I am a graduate of Dentistry and also have worked as an associate dentist in my fathers clinic. That was for a good 7 years, ever since I went to college. I now live on my own and support myself. I have done a couple of medical transcriptions, as it was a compulsory for my 2 years of hospital internship. I am very well versed with medical terms and doctor to patient communication. I have now chosen to work from home since the country is almost always flooding at the "working/capital city". I think it would be better if I just work from home and not get late because of flood and lack of transportation which equals to less sleep, less time to your personal life, which then again equals to unproductiveness, through most of those days. It wouldn't be a problem for honesty and loyalty if both sides will keep a good open communication. Thanks!
