I've been a customer service representative for almost 2 years now. I handled a telecommunication account for 1 year and 3 months as a general care specialist wherein I handled account changes,explaining the bills,basic troubleshooting for the customer's phone and doing a little bit of up-selling. Right now I am a call center associate from an auto parts company and we are assisting the customer to check the status of their orders, cancelling the order and filing lost or damaged part. And also I've been in a Real state US based company, My job there was to plot our customer's property using ArcGIS software. I have a knowledge in reading legal descriptionand plot them either using the software or plot it manually.
