Profile Description

In management, my ways to achieve goals and get results are based on years of experiences in utilizing Six Sigma (Green Belt), ISO 9001:2008 and Total Quality Management approaches. I used to be a Team Manager of one of the training teams and operations teams of one of the biggest BPOs in the Philippines. I have years of experience in learning services using adult learning principles. I also have been a module developer using platforms such as Powerpoint presentations and SWF based interactive training videos (Adobe Captivate).
Data analysis, which is one of the requirements to be successful in operations and training, is one of my fortes too. I have been doing Training Needs Analysis, Historical Data Analysis and SWOT analysis as part of the Analyze phase before planning for any improvement projects and training.
In technical, I have years of experiences in technical support. I used to be a phone technical support representative for one of the biggest Telco companies in the United States and also in Australia. I am currently an on-call Network and Systems Administrator for one of the best pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines. One of my current tasks is to improve the company’s sales online via SEO – an extra task which is not part of being a Net and Sys Admin.
