I’ve worked as customer service/sales representative handling inbound sales with Teleperformance Phils, both Hotels.com and Expedia Affiliate Network .I’ve done multi-tasking and used my skills in Word and Excel. I was able to keep up more than three metrics and worked with different schedules. The job required me to perform with strong working ethics and pay attention to details and the ability to figure things out . I learned to project a good conversion of sales while providing an excellent service. Although competition was really tight here but still I managed to be once a top performer with A+ scorecard.
I also worked with Global City Marketing Solutions , an outbound account and had a chance with campaigns like opening a call for mortgage, cold calling in the US for membership, presenting insurance policies, telemarketing and I excelled with appointment setting and was one of the top 5 performers.
