I was exposed to the call center industry almost 3 years. Since then, I was able to enhance my English verbal skills in the fields of customer service and telemarketing.
As a telemarketer, I had excellent sales conversion rate handling calls for customer service and sales programs and exceeding goal metrics for both accounts. Moreover, I've achieved good CSAT (customer satisfaction) rate in providing long-term solutions for customers' needs.
Aside from telemarketing i'm an experienced Process Associate in one of the largest banks in the United states.
Furthermore, I am knowledgeable on basic Windows OS functions (Microsoft Office applications and basic troubleshooting) I can handle data entry tasks.
