I have basic knowledge in C++, HTML, Visual Basic. A long time has passed since I practiced making programs. I know the basics and is willing to learn more given proper training/self study/research.
I had experience working as a Quality Analyst in a call center company for 2 years. My tasks involved listening in on a sales representative and customer conversations, provide feed backs/points to improve, report misbehavior/improper order entry/any misconduct that a sales representative did during their conversation with a customer via score sheets and logs. From time to time, I am required to provide transcripts of the conversations per request of the manager.
