Profile Description

A Virtual Assistant since 2012 working my way up through the then online freelancing platform Odesk. I started working as an SEO writer for a Jamaican client submitting write-ups for one article at least daily following a set of SEO article templates. After a year of working part-time as a writer, I have been introduced to Mr. Raymund Bolanos, founder of RB-JCS Services Unlimited who is a Filipino residing in Australia working then for various Australian and Asian clients. He has a project manager residing here in the Philippines for which I applied and I was granted to have at least three major projects for about a year. One was the IDP (Image Data Processing), a data entry project for an Aussie real-estate website Upgrade to see actual info where we crafted image descriptions to be posted on the website. The second is the "business snippets writing" project which has its clientele base for various online businesses in Australia. The third project I had under RB-JCS was Korean Business Letter writing.

The third major client I had is onto Social Media Marketing campaign where we created content-rich, audience-specific and time-appropriate posts and tweets on the social media accounts of our NY clients where we act as social media managers i.e. posting and handling their accounts to attract new customers and likewise retain repeat customers and drive traffic [ their physical stores/businesses i.e. the  fine-dining restaurants in the heart of New York City. 

Next project would be the Keywords segmentation for a software campaign
which is Upgrade to see actual info, a data entry project where we segment user keywords and categorize them for keyword targeting via Google Adwords. This was the longest project i have where we log almost 60 to 80 hours weekly fulltime to reach a quota and it was also the highest-paying project I had.

The last major project I had was for a Kansas-based chiropractor client of mine who follows a selling program for Amazon called ASM (Amazing Selling Machine) which is a package of a variety of marketing software and one of which is called ASM ranker, an exclusive program for ASM members. I was fortunate to be part of the project as I was able to get hold first-hand on exclusive tools and software which are valued for almost $10k. We used various marketing tools aside from the common marketing tools like Facebook or Upgrade to see actual info. Some of the tools we used were Leadlock, Azon Optimizer, ASM ranker software, Aweber, Leadpages, Wordpress, the Amazon Seller interface and many others.

I have had an experience as well working in the BPO Industry wherein I was a
Stock Transfer Agent (outbound customer service representative) with Alorica, an international BPO company servicing clienteles of the Bank of New York thru BNY Mellon Financial Services.

Regarding my English US Vocabulary -- my test result in the then Odesk last 2012 is on Top 10% and XP Test is at Top 30 %. Maximum typing speed is at 60WPM. I can offer 40 hours weekly on the stipulated rate if the project is awarded to me.
