Profile Description

• Manage the full set of accounts, ensure timely month-end accounting closing and management reporting
• In charge of reconciliation and breakdown of accounts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and monthly fixed assets crossfunction reconciliation
• Be a critical contributor in managing the general ledger and full set of accounting
• Confirming the accuracy of AR and AP transactions and checking the details if align with FPA requirements (department, team budget, office)
• Posting entries of monthly accruals and prepayment expenses
• Payroll list checking and posting entries in NetSuite
• Prepare inter-company recharges/invoicing
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliation
• Review the Mandatory Provident Fund contribution of employees, assist in the payment and posting MPF expense in NetSuite
• Prepare preliminary and final inter-company reconciliation report
• Recording financial transactions and balancing the books in Xero
• Assist in preparing the FRS 16 lease schedules
• Prepare company level and consolidated unaudited financial statements
• Coordinate and work with the external auditors in completing the audited financial statements
• Prepare financial statements in XBRL (eXtensible abusiness Reporting Language)  format and uploading in the Bizfinx
