Working in my recent employer enabled me to gain knowledge and experience especially in troubleshooting various computer hardware and software related problems. My major duty as a computer hardware technician is to see to it that all computer peripherals are well maintained by doing preventive maintenance programs,monitor and control internet usage among users,set -up restrictions and bandwidth management.
Set-up network LAN/WAN connectivity to offices and department are also part of my work. Maintaining quality records and inventory of all computer peripherals and gadgets as well as doing service and technical reports.
