I work with one of
the known Computer Manufacturer in the United States for 6 years now as Client
Support Senior Associate.
My stay in the Company honed my skills not just on
fixing Hardware and Software issues, but also assisting customers in issues related to Orders
and other Customer Care issues. My skills also are the main reason why the Company would always include in Pioneering Major Account. I am now in the Line of Business that
what we call the Premium Support as we handle all types of issues, hardware, software and fixing Virus Issues.
I am also
Registered Medical Technologist. I worked in the Laboratory in
one of the Government Hospitals in the Philippines for 8 years. This experience is something that I can use to become a Medical Transcriptionist although I must be honest that I have no experience in being one. But I can easily be taught and willing to learn.
