I am a customer service representative for more than 3 years now. I have handled different telco accounts in the US and I have been around different kind of people so I can be of help building reputation on your company and provide excellent customer service.
• I am hard working and fast learner, I just don't want to be in customer service but I also want to learn new skills and would love to be teach new tasks.
• I have experience in various of tools we used in customer service such as SAP CRM, and I am willing to learn new things.
• Regular communication is important to me as I want to gain feedback for me to be better and make sure to meet your expectation.
• Working with a different time zone will not be an issue since I have been working in Call center which we follow client's time zone.
