I worked in a call center industry for 7 years, was an agent for almost 2 years then promoted to become a coach for like 4 years then I applied become a Corporate Trainer for like a year and 6 months wherein I can get to talk to the client and then they will train me for a specific project, then will train and share the knowledge to the agents who will be taking calls for the said account.
I know how to deal with angry customers and extend my patience to them.
I can also work either morning shift or graveyard shift as I am used to it from my previous job. And I barely go on leave. Above all I willing to learn
