I was part of the Sales and Marketing team of an international forwarding company where in some of my responsibilities include maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. I was also the one responsible for making detailed cost calculations and providing clients with quotations. Prior to that, I was employed as an event facilitator in an advertising agency where in I had the chance to enhance my multitasking and speaking/hosting abilities as I used to do all the facilitating, from preparing my materials to delivering them to the public. I have recently created a WordPress blog and I am currently in the course of educating myself more about it. I have basic knowledge in word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), graphics (Adobe Photoshop), multi-media (MS Powerpoint, Movie Maker), Internet (social networking, email, researching). I am honestly not a computer genius but I am very much ready and willing to learn. As long as it will help me and the company I will be working for in providing excellent service to the clients, then I am up for it.
