I worked as an Administrative Assistant for 4 years for a private school here in our place. With years of having to work with them I was asked to do almost anything under the sun. This is where I have developed my skills in MS word, Excel, a little of power point (i was not asked to use it that much), I developed the speed of 40 wpm as I was asked to type during dictations from my boss. I was designated to do almost everything.
I then decided that i wanted to work in a call center industry. Multi tasking is what I do best, I can work with no supervision and I'm a go getter. I have developed my communication skills over the phone, in writing (chat/email support) and have also mastered the art of Customer Service. i did a little of Sales but I wasn't as good as I was in my Customer Service years.
I am not afraid to learn new things, I am a very positive person and I take criticism as an opportunity for me to be better with what I do.
