Profile Description

After 4 years of working directly with people in diverse professional settings, I am seeking to leverage my experience in customer service field.
I've been into multitasking job handling 15 process with different product knowledge at one time. After 2 years of working as a call center agent I've been promoted as Project Manager taking care of 12 agents catering different clients and different task at one time.
Task we mostly cater: Admin task, research, online advertising, personal assistant, handling email for clients, website updates, website design, blog post promotion and a lot more.
On top of these competencies, I adhere to a work ethic and can effectively make my task done as soon as possible. I believe I can be an asset to any company I will work on.
