I'm a Registered Nurse by profession but currently I'm working as a Front Office Staff here at Rieseling Boracay Beach Resort, Boracay Island, Philippines. Aside from being a Front Office Staff, I'm also handling online reservation of guests,
bookkeeping, encoding and preparing of daily, weekly and monthly reports such as Sales, Expenses, Petty Cash Fund, Guest Lists and Inventories using Microsoft Office Software.
For almost 14 months of working as a Front Office Staff, i have met a lot of people from different places with diverse interests and cultures. I learned to be flexible and always ensure excellent customer service.
