I worked in a call center agent as a claims specialist. There we handle calls from around the world concerning claims of clients. We respond to their queries by doing research while on the phone. Check on the claims status and/or ensure what is needed for the claim to be processed. I also have an experienced as a document controller/office clerk in a government agency, audit department in particular.
