Profile Description

I have a 2- year experience as a virtual assistant to a case management company based in Florida which has equipped me with necessary skills to carry out my tasks efficiently.
In my previous assignment as a Human Resource Personnel/Recruiter, I was trained to hire Psychologists (doctor's degree) to be in our panel of providers. I was assigned to orient them with office workflows and secure their paperwork. I was also trained to make outbound and inbound calls through Skype, email and fax blast, setup appointments using Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, transcribe and keep in file medical records, coordinate with office personnel as well as clients to ensure that office workflow is done in a systematic manner.
My previous experience in the online industry as VA, my sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry and my scholastic background being a graduate in Bachelor's of Science in Psychology have provided me excellent communication skills, marketing and selling skills, as well as people handling skills.
