Profile Description

Working as a windows system administrator in a service delivery company for 2 years, I have gained knowledge with servers, clusters, active directory. I handled windows 2003 and 2008 servers and virtual machines. Also, I passed the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management. With my current job, I am a process analyst. I gather the functional requirements of the user and design the system. I also create a process flow for the system to aid in building and designing the system. Projects that I am handling are Audit Management System, Asset Management and Timekeeping System. These are the major projects that I am handling and I can say that these projects are very complex and needs to be analyzed in detail. Testing the system is also part of my job. Before setting the system in production, it needs to under go a quality testing. In some cases, I do the test scenarios based from the requirements that I made for development.
I am good in Microsoft office such as word, excel and power point since these are the programs that I use everyday.
