Well, I'am the type of an employee who dedicates my heart to my job. When I started working as a call center agent, I was awarded as one of the Top CSAT Performers since I always make sure to listen and understand my customers demand and specially finding the best solution to their problem and if ever a customers' request wont be possible, I will find the nicest way to turn them down gently. In my two years of work experience in BPO Industry, I was able to learn how to multi-task and to adapt easily to each and every change that our Clients are requesting, I may not be the type of person who writes a lot but since I'am very much willing to try another type of job I know for a fact that I can perform the same way I did when I was still an agent over the phone. And for that alone I'am confident to tell you that you should hire me for this job since I work with all my heart.
