Profile Description

I am currently employed in Qualfon Philippines Inc. - Cebu. I am handling tier 3 agents catering the posts of our customers from a Facebook page. I've been with the company for 6 years now and I wanted to earn extra income for me to be able to continue my studies by the time I have enough earnings. I have idle times right after my shift at
12 noon so I wanted to use these hours to be productive. Prior I was endorsed as operations supervisor, I was a Quality Analyst for 2 years then a Corporate Quality analyst monitoring the calls from agents of other centers like Guatemala, Guyana and Belize for like 8 months. It was such a great experience that helped me become stronger when it comes to dealing with challenges professionally and of course as an individual. As a supervisor, I handle individuals with different attitudes and perspective in life. Professionally, I take over managerial calls as well when there customers are irate or requested so. I am tasked daily reports, monitoring the performance of my agents and motivating these subordinates. For 6 years being in this company, I can say that such taught me a lot in life: discipline, independence, taking responsibility and most especially, integrity.
