Profile Description

Since I worked for 3 years and 10 months in a call center, I am confident that i can deal well with my future students over the phone. I will be able to apply phone etiquette and I can also do multi-tasking. But above all, since our customers and clients were Americans, then I can communicate in English well.
In relation to my education, I am also considered a computer literate particularly in basic computer repair and networking since I finished 2 years of Computer Technology.
