Profile Description

For the past six years, I have worked with several Business Process Outsource (BPO) companies. I have had experiences handling customer service and supervisor calls.
I also had a 2 year experience as a Quality Analyst.
Having experienced working in BPO's, made me become more of a team player. But being a team player doesn't mean that I cannot work on my own. In fact, I can also work individually with less supervision.
