I worked in a BPO company with my last 3 jobs. I was with HP, I was a Technical Support Representative for the US residents. The account was about phones and touch pads. I was also a Leimo Customer Care Specialist, it’s a product for hair re-growth and restoration. We cater to those customers living in Australia, some are from UK, though we rarely receive calls from them. I was with Survey Sampling International with my last recent job, the account was about surveys. We respond to customer's concerns through email and phone. We had a quota to answer 130 email tickets, 15 phone calls excluding voice mails. And entertain customers and guests during my on the job training in a hotel industry.
