Hi! I am interested more on clerical works.
After I graduated from college, I was hired as Work-in-Process Clerk, my primary soft-wares that I use for my basic accounting work was MS-Excel, MS-Word for letters, and MS-PowerPoint for presentation. Then I became a Secretary in a law firm, attends’ to client’s inquiries, answers phone calls, prepares documents for notarization, and received all legal documents from different areas of courts. Being a fast learner allow me to successfully be in different fields.
Aside from a Secretarial work, I processes Articles of Incorporation of newly establish companies. Ensures, documentation are completed for the registry to the Security Exchange Commission (SEC). Lastly, I was hired as Secretary/Bookkeeper. My knowledge of MS-Excel and clerical works was proficient since I am use of these almost every day.
I worked in various offices before with multitasking responsibility. I am a hardworking person, punctual, responsible and can work under pressure. My other skills; handling emails, computer literate, team player, and organized in completing tasks.
I am very willing to learn new concepts, methods and ideas. I am available immediately. Hoping to hear from you soon!
