I am a Registered Nurse with an experienced in Medical related outsourcing company as Clinical  Nurse Auditor for 5years.My job is to catch those errors and make recommendations to the clinician to improve the documentation.We also scan and  browse through, reads, assesses, analyzes, and make recommendations for improvements to clinical notes, based on company standards of quality and clinical regulations.We verify medical insurances and monitor their home health care through visits provided by their clinicians.I am Familiar with ICD-10 codes and ensuring that documentation are compliant with medicare standards.I am a critical thinker person and my job is requiring a strict clinical and critical thinking in doing a whole chart audit. I have also ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints.I am accurately and efficiently review medical records and I abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements.
