Profile Description

I am confident that I have excellent command of the English language since I've been working in the call center industry for about 5 years now. I also grew up using the language so I am really able to express my thoughts freely.
I've handled customer service with billing and sales for Bell Canada and AT&T. That is one of the reasons why I am very confident that I can handle customer service and sales, we also did basic troubleshooting for our customers experiencing technical issues with their services. I also worked with The Binder Law Firm as a lead generation specialist for a mass tort litigation. I am very familiar with Microsoft Office so I am confident that I won't have any problems documenting performance, attendance and reports.
