I have worked with Cordia Philippines (A Telecommunications Company) for more than four years. I am a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative which focuses more on the technical aspect and not just the basic kind of support a regular agent is trained on. Most of the time I address emails, not only to and from Customers but as well as other providers, third party technicians and Cordia's bosses. I always see to it that I have understood and gathered all the necessary information needed before I reply and do the necessary steps needed to arrive to a resolution.
Right now I need to have a job where I am confident that I can do best. A job that would fit my schedule in order for me to meet deadlines and meet the client's expectations - always my main priority.
