With my experience as CSR I have encountered different kind of personalities that I have to deal with every time we're on the phone. What ever the situation is we need to be helpful and polite in addressing their concerns and while doing that, we need to document every actions and conversations that we have. We also need to open tools to help them solve the certain problem. In addition, with the paper works and project I've done in school, I've obtain basic knowledge in MS office, programming language and other software application. Particularly, access, word, excel, power point and a tittle bit of Photoshop, htmp, phpmyadmin and basi VB.
