During my work as Customer Service Representative in Cybercity Teleservices, I've handled shifts that were "toxic" due to countless inbound and outbound calls of customers, technicians and supervisors all U.S based being Directv as our client. That practice, along with my education, had defined my articulation abilities. I am very good in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Pagemaker and pretty much an Internet savvy. I am versatile. I can work as directed or self-directed to maintain the status quo. I do sales as well. I have been handling my own group in Avon Cosmetics, Inc. Philippines as an Executive Leader. I am very well in prospecting recruits, training and motivating my team. If you are looking for a freelancer and part-timer, I am the right person for you.
