I worked as a Technical Support Representative for 5 months under an Australian Account catering internet connection and email problems. We offer customers as well, different products and services that they don't have yet. When I was still in grade school I used to write feature articles then became Managing Editor when I was in High School. I am a Mass Communication student so I do believe I would be able to apply all the things I've learned in school especially with dealing people.
