I’m able to communicate and motivate via written media. I understand the principles of integrity and proficiency at work. In terms of Computer literacy, I am adept in using MS Office 2010 particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I've undergone MS access during my 2nd year in the University. In addition I’m also able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc. Thus, I have some sort of competency in writing business letters, quotations and proposals. I've been able to go through numerous case studies and analyses; hence I could be an effective problem-solver or decision-maker. Furthermore, I've been equipped to write and read or proof-read English texts and now, I’m currently being trained in public speaking for the completion of my English requisites subjects. Lastly, I naturally possess this management ability, though internal/ virtual staff management is not initially part of the job. But the responsibility and opportunity to have this could grow with the development of the business.
