Profile Description

I have an experience to be a personal assistant of a Supply Chain consultants for one month since it was just a project-based. I usually managed my tasks, scheduled meetings, etc. through Microsoft Outlook.
I also have an experience on receiving calls in a travel agency company for 10 months.
I also loved doing transcriptions, research, and other admin task. (project-based)
I am an online English tutor for Chinese student for 11 months now and I can truly say that I am not bored doing it. I am happy sharing my skills, improving others and learning new things and I strongly believed that I can achieve all that through teaching.
Aside from reading, I also love writing. I usually do it for fun.
I have an experience of leads management wherein I update the Sales pipeline of my client's business everyday. In order to gather the correct data's and to give accurate information, I usually coordinate with my client every now and then.
I attended a seminar about graphic designing and I can do the basic designing as long as proper instructions are given.
I've had an experience to be a customer support agent to a travel agency wherein I cater customers around the world. I usually assist them on their travel bookings i.e. flight change, hotel bookings, car bookings, events, etc. I am good at it because I am a people-person.
