Profile Description

I have worked as Webmaster at Misamis University where I gained skills in website building and put my knowledge on HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and SQL into profession. I have strong background on the use of Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), Photoshop and FTP as well. After shift, I conducted teaching sessions for Information Technology courses (Website Development, Management Information Systems, and Office Productivity Tools) at the College of Computer Studies of the same university - where I have proven myself productive doing multiple tasks.
Currently, I am working in a BPO company as Technical Support Specialist (Tier 2) for phone, internet and email - supporting clients from the largest cable company in the US. I have been into Sales department as well for 3 years (2 years as inbound call representative and 1 year as Sales Coach) and gained skills in effective communication, critical thinking, multitasking, quality control, performance and report analysis, and delivering excellent customer service.
