As a Community Organizer, i gained the people's rapport first, befriend them and
let them feel that they are important. To work as one for the realization of our common goals.
Be honest with your motives and start sharing your ideas and knowledge on some things. Included them in the activities that interests them. Educate and taught them on how to make a living. Taught them on beautification,landscaping, handicrafts, gardening,baking, cooking,reading,dancing and farming.To get them involved in activities made them belonged. Even conducted medical outreach program and monitored malnourished children and gave nutritional feedings. Made sure of the people's safety even what activities they were into.
