and consumer (local/network) Printers, scanners. While my software experience
extends to Windows OS level such as Windows /ME/Vista/XP/ Windows 7, MS Office
suite, Web Access and operation of MAC OS, MS DOS. I also have comprehensive
experience in Data Analysis such as collecting and analyzing data (includes
KPI’s of every agent) and presenting them by chart or tables.I'm currently working in a financial technology software company as a customer support associate.
