I've been into bpo industry for six years. Before that, I worked with an international spanish NGO for the implementation of several activities in some
schools such as gathering data, taking pictures and organizing artworks activities with children. It's fulfilling yet I had to find other job that could support my family better.
In 2007, though less confident, I tried bpo industry. Providing customer service to affiliated online pharmacies. Assisting online customers about their orders through chats, e-mails and phone calls. Looking-up for the status of their orders and helping them to resolve any issues such as credit card and shipping issues while maintaining the attitude of being polite and patient. Most of my call center experiences were related to health & life insurance.
Now, I am 2yrs working with a back office account. It's simply dealing with credit card application:input of the customer or business information, email sending for verification of information under query status & calling customer for the same reason.
