Profile Description

I am well-trained in the customer service industry and is fluent in the English language both written and verbal. I have been working in a BPO industry that caters US customers and clients for more than 8 years now which also helped me become computer literate and conversant in data analysis.
I am very much knowledgeable in using MS Office applications especially Excel for and Powerpoint. I am familiar with the basic and advanced Excel formulas and can come up with high quality data templates, spread sheets and power point presentations.
I also have experience in online content writing for almost a year. I worked for an Australian company, Platinum Harvest Ltd. I am familiar with the usage of keywords and links for SEO and achieve the targeted traffic in the web.
Apart from my customer service experience in BPO, I also had experience being a telephone interviewer/surveyor onilne. I worked for a US Company called Radar Global. I call different business organizations and gather their feedback about a certain topic.
