I have done a lot of conceptualization work on training programs for employees> For the past 23 years, I have worked in the Information, Education and Training Division of the Department of Agrarian Reform, a government agency.
This job honed my skills in developing training programs, information material and such for our personnel.
I appreciate being trusted with responsibility. I know how to work with Word and Excel although my ability in Excel can be vastly improved.
I have an ample capacity for working unsupervised although I can also work well in a team.
Years of experience have taught me a way around different kinds of people, hence
I have no difficulty accomplishing tasks with a team.
