I'm Caesar Ian Padilla I've worked in the BPO industry since 2006 I have worked with companies such as Sitel, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Convergys and Aegis. My experience range from Technical Support Specialist with Bellsouth, Hotel Reservations Representative with the various Holiday Inn Hotels, Billing Representative with Directv, Customer Service Representative with Salliemae, and
Telemarketer or Sales Representative with various firms.
I know MS Word, MS Excel.
I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible.
