I worked as IT officer in Bank's for almost 3 years,being an IT officer we are responsible for System Update,Windows OS configuration creating Windows image for standard set up of windows operating system used by the company,Network Support,Configuring VPN,Cisco Routers,Sonicwall,Hub/Switches,VSAT and printer error. also part of our job is to maintain the server performance as its best we conduct monthly check up for all the hardware and software installed.
