I have a wide range of experience in customer relations. I did work in a call center company for a long time. I developed skills in customer service, technical support, telemarketing and appointment setting. I excelled from those areas and developed my confidence on how I deal with clients in different races, beliefs and cultures. I am very confident with my customer relation skills and capabilities.
